We bought this portable unit for our Master bedroom when our ac unit went out. It took a few days before it could be fixed so we chose to buy it because we couldn't have survived in our second story room without it. Now that our ac is back up and running we choose to run the individual more often since it cools down the room to so cold within 30 minutes! I recommend this 100 times over!

It is a little loud but it cools the room very quick!

It's portable, like super portable - roll it to the window you want, and install the vent panel, and BAM ready to cool. I do wish the cooling panel was a bit easier to install and the hose going to it a bit more flexible. Depending on your living setup, it can be a challenge - or it's a good indicator to declutter. ;)

Works great in my living room!! Cools down the space super fast. A bit time consuming to set up but much better looking than window units!!

I ordered this air conditioner,picked it up an hour later(curbside pick up) and installed it the minute I got home! Very easy to install...cold air instantly!!! I love this purchase. It is a bit loud but not to the point where it bothers me. Have had no problems with it at all.

So far, so good. These have worked wonderful all summer. A little noisy but for the comfort I will not complain. Also got them on sale which made it an even better purchase.

Been 2 years and it’s still going strong! Love this thing. I live in 480 sq ft studio apartment and it cools my place down perfectly. I just let it run 24/7 for up to 5 days at a time to be honest. No issues to date.

This is a game changer in the Arizona summer heat! Put this in our bedroom keep it at 62 (the lowest setting. Keeps it cool all night! Cut our electricity bill in half!

I love it, keeps my room cold. I also have the 350sq feet one and it definitely helps cool down my big living room

It cools down the room quickly but it is a bit noisy

the unit is decent for air conditioner but instructions for dehumidifier is not clear, when on dehumidifier it blows hot air at the air outlet, when calling customer service and ask a resolution, they didn't have an answer, told me to go buy a 3/4 hose (not included)to drain the hole but that doesn't have anything to do with the hot air, they said the exaust hose has to be removed but for me it didn't make sense... so calling customer service is a waiste of time...the unit is very heavy and not easy to move around even with wheels, especially on carpet, the installation was easy though. but don't buy it for the dehumifier, cheaper to just get a portable a/c unit only...

This works excellent. It cools the room quickly and takes up minimum space.

Keeps the room cool and maintains a temperature you set it at. Its pretty intelligent with maintaining the temp you set it to. The tube you put in the window is long enough to go maybe 4 feet comfortably. I have mine reach out and above the unit to attach to the window. They give the window blocker plenty of attachments to make sure it gets stuck in the window, for example lots of foam padding and foam tape to make sure it sticks in the window. It is fairly adaptable in the window. The window blockers are probably about 10ish inches tall. However the one problem I see is that the tube you put in the window doesn't come with a screen or anything so really anything could end up in there like if a bird tried to fly into the window-hole from the AC.

This was a fantastic purchase. This year has been record breaking heat. My swamp cooler went out and landlord didn't fix for a week at 103 degrees. This thing saved my life! Love how cold it makes the room!!
