Took it in to Best Buy and they exchanged it for a new one under warranty. Kind of annoying, but glad they stand behind their products.

It was a bit heavier than I anticipated, particularly when draining the water, and the window hose was bulkier than I hoped but it was easy to use and set up.

I haven't used any other modes but auto and it works amazing! but it is also really bulky so don't use in smaller rooms cause you can't walk around them efficiently.

Started cooling my room within seconds. Feels great to come home, turn on the A/C. Take a shower, and enter the room. Great product.

Originally wanted a window AC but I’m so glad I went with this one! I live in a two bedroom apartment and it was great to be able to transport the AC to the office during the day, then transport it back to the bedroom at night. Highly recommend!
