Installation of window adapter was ok. Not too hard but design could be improved I think. Test runs so far indicate that the cooler cools the room which is cool.

Our apartment doesn’t have central ac so this unit is perfect for us in our bedroom. Not too noisy, and keeps the bedroom comfortable. Absolutely recommend.

Not like a window unit It can be a bit noisy when first starting but to me that’s not bothersome.Over all good product for the price.would buy again.

This air conditioner has been wonderful. Cold air immediately comes out when you turn it on. Has multiple features, my favorite being the follow me feature.

But one of the house is always hotter or colder depending on outside temp. Our ac went out and put this in sons room. Inside house was 82 and I’m sure his was 86. Hooked up and dropped within 1 hour to 70. Felt amazing. He loves it as well.
