Works great just as described. You do have to empty out the water after 12 hrs or less. I use a cookie sheet to drain the water in. That's kind of a pain, but that is the one downside to this model.

I’ve never had much luck with portable air conditioners before. This one is awesome though. It’s for our bedroom and when combined with ceiling fan it makes our room feel like an igloo. Awesome purchase

Needed a A/C when my 19 year old unit went south. Got this portable one to tie me over until the new A/C arrived. If you have access to a window and a plug close by this is a great unit. I used it for almost 2 weeks and was very happy with it. The auto feature worked very well. The only downside is the EER is very low so it is not energy star rated. I got it on sale so the price was right.

I have two of these in my house. One in office and the other in bedroom. It does the job for , no complaints.

I am happy with my purchase. It's easy to install and serves its purpose. I placed it in my master bedroom and it cools down my room really well. I just hope it lasts long.

Works pretty well, arrived in good condition. Does make a bit more of a buzz noise compared to other units I've used but it's not too bad. Good for the price.

I bought one of these for myself because my apartment's AC isn't the greatest. It keeps me cool even on the hottest of days and comfortable for sleeping at night. This one I sent to my nieces and it does even better for them.

She loves it. After a couple of hours she said it was on 72 and she was seriously think of putting a sweater on! Is there a way to give her the receipt so she can Register because I purchased online and I don’t seem to have it.

Pretty good product. A no brainier to install. Pop the exhaust in the window and go.
