It is made out of cheap plastic sliding panels with easily breakable plastic pins that all broke within 4 days and you need duct tape to make sure it does not flop out of the window in the middle of the night!

We don't have a main drain in the basement so we have it draining into a bucket that we have to dump 2x a day

Fairly quiet, cycles when it achieves desired temp rather than constantly on. Con: no secure lower drain fitting, generates at least 1 gallon of waste water per day. Instruction manual poor. Neutral: vent direction useful, but if you fix it at one position it resets each time the ac is off.
