Customer service was very helpful. The item itself works fine, feels a bit cheaply made though.

Unfortunately, the included connector that I required only connected to the power supply one way (different sized connectors), with the negative tip option. Completely useless for what I needed. Getting a refund.

The info and directions from the staff is second to none. Unfortunately the part was to small.
