Do not buy

I purchased this to replace a hypervolt charger. None of the options provided fit despite this being recommended by a Best Buy associate. Don’t buy this and, unless you have experience with that associate, don’t listen to the people who “work” at Best Buy or you may end up wasting your money.

USELESS!!!

It was to substitute for a Samsung monitor power cord which was missing from my "EXCELLENT open box purchase", but it cost me another trip to the store after finding out neither the CC rep nor the manager had a clue. We pay a premium for Samsung products so we should never compromise, and I won't again.

Very disappointed. I drove an hour to get this item and then called the customer service number and was told they would send me a label to get a refund but then the store said no.

Does not work properly. Do not buy.

Stated output for 3-15V is 3A however this device does not produce anywhere close to this. Tested on both 5VDC and 12VDC for 750 mA and 1250 mA devices respectively and voltage sag was significant enough to prevent the devices from functioning. Disappointed but not surprised.
