Check polarity, voltage, amd amperage and it is all correct. Just sits abd blinks and doesnt power it. Checked with multiple other devices abd nothing works with it. Will be returning.

Junk. Seems to work at 9v, but not higer.

At the 12-volt setting (or the 13.5-volt setting, or the 15-volt setting), the device is useless. A voltmeter on the supply, unloaded, will give you an appropriate reading. But as soon as you put a load on it, your load will get a pulse of power about every 4 seconds, fading to nothing in about a second, and then nothing for three seconds. If your device happens to have a power-connection LED, you can watch that cycle. The little blue light on the device itself mirrors this cycle. Fortunately, the device I'm needing to drive can also take 9 volts, and when I switched this supply to 9 volts it's working. My device stays powered, and the little 9V light on this unit stays solid.
