It’s a bit heavy, but tolerable. Nice design. The display is nice, but I don’t feel it’s necessary for. Happy That I bought this great product at a nice price.

Unfortunately out of ALL the adapters included, it is missing 1.5 size adapter which is actually the only one I needed this for so it was pretty disappointing... Like why start at size 2 and skip size 1¿.... So for that I unfortunately have to give 3 stars.

I've purchased other universal adapters that were awkward to use, but this one's pretty easy. It doesn't have all possible voltage increments, but it's close enough to not damage anything.

The employee who meets you at the front door asks me if I need help. I told him what I needed, and he walked me right to it and handed it to me. Unbelievable customer service! I could have been out of the store in 3 minutes, but I had to look at all the new TVs I did not need.
