I have two of these, and the other one does the exact same thing. sometimes if I unplug it and plug it back in about 15 times, it will suddenly decide to start working again, but even that is becoming few and far between. incredibly disappointed.

With this charger my Galaxy 23 Ultra goes from 20% to 100% in 60 minutes. I had many fast chargers but this one beats them all by far. Works with many other devices that have usb type C port and became my number one charger in the house. Even my 10 year old son realized that this charger works better from all other chargers in the house and always aiming to get this one. Devices I have used with this charger are: Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra Sony Xperia 1 IV HP tablet Surface Laptop Google nest doorbell Iphone 12 Max Pro Several Ipads (must swich cord to lighting port) Results with all devices listed above are great. I had few friends who had purchased this charger after they used mine while visiting me and honestly I would recommend this charger to everyone. First, the plug portion of the charging block folds into the block for a smaller profile when not in use or traveling. The cord that comes with it is also of high quality. It is thick and durable. The overall build quality is solid and the overall quality is high. It is a USB C charger which is where everything is going compared to traditional USB A at the source of plugging into the block. It is 30W giving you plenty of power to handle most charges. This is my first USB C block which gives me more versatility when charging newer electronics that come with USB C only cords, Other than the obvious, It does what it says and charges. even the iPhone has switched to USB C charging but the previous version came with a lighting bale with USB C at the block end. I previously used my laptop to plug it in but now this block solves that problem. Everyone needs one and many new devices no longer come with the charging block as standard. I highly recommend this.
