It worked amazing for the first couple of weeks but now it has stopped working all together. You could get this at a gas station. DO NOT BUY AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. if i still had my box, i’d return.

Best Buy Please Send Me a Replacement Cable

So I call best buy and they tell me to go to the store. So I call Insignia and they schedule an appointment with the store. I'm very annoyed that I have to go to the store for an appointment to get a replacement cable. This will be the last time I purchase Insignia from best buy or anywhere if I have to visit the store to get this replacement. Best Buy you have two days to contact me and send me a replacement cable (my appointment is on Friday). Knowing this is the process for a replacement cable I should have just went cheap on Amazon. You must create a more customer focused return policy for something as simple as a charger.

Just get a actually apple charger

Sometimes it's plugged into brand new iphone all night and it will barely charge. Just outside of ", return window" so I'm unsure if they will let me exchange it. But I have had the charger for less than 2 months and it already doesn't fully work.
