I bought this for my 18 year old son and he is just enjoying it so much that it makes me so happy ,the picture is so clear and the colors are amazing.

I bought this 48 inch Insignia for my living room because I was so impressed with the 32 inch insignia that I had recently bought someone as a gift for their bedroom. Initially, I had bought a 32 inch for a friend as "Just a cheap off-brand, for use in their bedroom". However, when I set it up, I was so impressed with the sound and picture of this brand, that I went back and bought the 48 inch for my living room. It's a good brand without the high price of more the popular name brands. THE BEST THING ABOUT INSIGNIA TV'S IS THE SOUND (from speakers)! With most LCD and LED TV's, you have to turn the volume up very high to hear any spoken dialogue. Not so with Insignia. The speaker volume is very well set. And it has a bass and treble setting too. How many digital TV have that these days? The Picture: Like all LED TVs, I had to try several settings until I found the right picture setting for me. Some were too clear, so much so that the picture was a little blurry. Other settings too bright. But the "Movie" setting turned out to be absolutely perfect for me for everyday local TV watching and DVD movies, because this setting has just the right amount of brightness and contrast. The "Custom" setting works perfect (for me) for streaming movies from Hulu and Netflix. I found that I like being able to switch picture settings. I also give Insignia very high marks for the making the settings menu "user-friendly", and for having a user-friendly uncomplicated remote control. Just the right amount of buttons (not too many). It's obvious that a lot of thought went into the making of this TV model for the customers enjoyment and ease of use. What you get for your dollar is great.

Just needed a TV for my study room and this TV is perfect! The size and weight was easy to hang on the wall and provides a clear and perfect picture.

We are very happy with our Insignia TV. It was low in cost and delivers a very nice picture. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive television.

For the price you cannot beat this tv. Has great picture quality, sound is good, and easy to set up and use

I had my previous tv for almost 2 years and lost it due to a lightening storm and faulty surge protector. I found my Insignia online and loved it for the price. After getting it home and getting it set up, I immediately feel in love with the picture. Its clear and crisp and everything that I needed at the time. We have had Insignia Televisions in the past and I knew it would be a great buy and the fact that it was on sale didn't hurt either!!

I bought this gift for my Dad as a christmas gift. He said it has been a big upgrade over his current tv. It was a great price and so far good quality

I picked this TV up for a great price on sale for my garage. It's easy to set up, has a nice picture (even without an HDMI cable), and a solid set of features.

This tv is a great value with quality picture and stable little chance of tipping over. Easy set up and good remote made it easy to tune it in.

We needed a new TV for our bedroom after I dropped our 6-ish year old Olevia on my head... long story involving some serious clumsiness... Anyway, we bought our two larger televisions from Best Buy and decided to go check it out. The price was the factor that drew us to this one, we didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for a TV that gets used at MOST for about 30-45 minutes a day. This TV fit the bill perfectly. Seeing as how it's not our main TV, we didn't feel the need for a SUPER clear picture, and now that we have it wall mounted, hopefully I won't kill this one like I did the last...

This is a great TV for the price. Looks great and does everything you would expect it to do. Bought it for the kids room and have been very happy with it.

I purchased this TV earlier in the year, to go into one of my guest rooms. It worked so well, that I decided to purchase one for my exercise room. Apparently I purchased "both" models of the same television. I recommend this model with the stands on both ends instead of the center stand. The dual ends are more stable..

This was purchased for my 13-year-old daughter's bedroom. Set up was quick and easy. The picture quality is sharp and clear. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought this for a computer monitor. Works well and looks good. Cheaper alternative to buying an LCD computer monitor which would cost double and be smaller.

Specs are decent...picture is good. For the $ it's decent enough to put in a spare room. No noticeable blurring on fast action sequences. Easy to set up.

I needed a 32" TV for very occasional use. so I didn't want to spend a great deal. I saw this on special and since the Insignia TVs always seem to be well reviewed, I took a chance. Other than the odd 12V adapter, I've been very impressed. After minor tweaking, I obtained a very satisfactory picture. After reading the reviews I was expecting sound quality to be an issue, but it is more than adequate. All in all, very satisfied.
