    This television have all the basic features you need to watch movies without paying much money for those expensive televisions. Also, it's one of those few televisions that has a built-in head phones features that I can just plug in the headphones.

    My husband and I bought this tv after my old tv broke. We bought it for a really good price so I feel like I got what I paid for, nothing really special. Quality is okay, it wasn't a WOW or anything.

    Stay away from this tv AND Best Buy's protection plan. They took weeks to get the repaired tv from the warehouse in the next town to their store and into our hands again. They couldn't find it at one point and gave us a run around. Lastly they were rude.

    well I was going to buy a tv for the guest room. not looking to spend that much so i bought this tv home . set-up was very easy had just enuff ports for cable box dvd player ..ect ... but the picture was not up to my standard so i returned it the end

    I bought this TV for someone in a rehabilitation center, because the center only had very old TV's that didn't work well. It worked perfectly there and now at home with only an HD antenna. It is not connected to cable.

    NO REFUND THEY SAID IT WAS DAMAGED DUE TO BLUNT FORCE. I CANT SEE HOW IT WAS BLUNT FORCE WHEN I TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX AND I RECEIVED NO PICTURE

    The TV was playing fine but after one night of using hdmi with laptop, it was cut off for the night and it never turned on again. It's a known issue for this television. Now it just sitting in a corner useless.

    I love this TV. I bough it for a very good price and my first one has lasted for over two years... It is still working like the first day! I love it so much that I purchased a second one... Although I would like a better sound!

    Picture is not as clear as I would like but it could be my cable wires. I have picture on standard mode but when I want to see the channel no on screen can not see all the numbers they are cut off, so have to figure out how to fix that.

      It sounds like you may need to find the correct combination of screen size. Try setting the TV aspect ratio to Auto, and then adjust the aspect ratio on the source device until you get the best fit.     Bought it on a budget. Excellent picture quality. Might have to get it serviced because tv stand might be defective. Menu should have better graphics but other than that it a pretty good tv.

    I searched and searched for a reasonably priced TV for my grandson for Christmas and found a great one at Best Buy. Shipping was quick and even though I ordered it late, it arrived Christmas Eve and in time for Christmas.

    Got this tv on sale for spare/exercise room. Wanted to spend less but when I saw I could get 32" tv for just over $100 I jumped. Pleasantly surprised at the sound quality. You won't be disappointed
