I tested the cable with another TV and it worked fine. I tried DVDs too but no luck. It no longer will receive a signal. I will be taking it back to the store, which is three hours from where I live. Buying this TV was a mistake and not recommended.

Or recommend any friends or family or co workers or any of my clients! Customer service is awfull!!! And especially to have a return item you have to return with in 15 days or you have to be an elite member meaning you have to spend a coulple of thousand $ on a regular basis to qualify to be an elite member the best buy rewards program does not mean a thing!!!
