I was surprised at how well the picture looked. This tv has better reception and picture than my old Sony tv. Everything works perfect with it. I'm using it as my computer monitor, I use Samsung hub to screen mirror my phone, my wii game looks wonderful on it and plan on getting a Yoku stick to make it into a smart tv. Love it. : )

This is my third Insignia TV that I had purchased, The other two are still working great., one of the main reason I purchased a third one. Insignia branded TV is not the best viewing TV ever and does not have all the bells and whistles like the name brands. But for normal viewing, it does the job and it last. My other two Insignias are still working after 6 years. The best advantage for me is the inexpensive price, especially if it goes on sale.

For a non-smart TV it worth it's price. I have placed this TV into my daughter's playroom. I have had other 702p TVs and wanted to hook the original XBox, PS2, Super Nintendo, and Sega Genesis. This is the only TV hands down that was able to keep the graphics of these systems looking excellent. All other TVs made the graphics very grainy.

This is a great general purpose TV. Its 720p resolution and 60Hz refresh rate are just fine unless you are primarily interested in gaming or high-speed-sports viewing. Picture adjustments give a wide range of settings. It has a basic photo-viewing feature via USB, two HDMI ports, and a VGA input. I think the sound is decent , but you might want external speakers if your looking for a theater sound experience.

I bought this TV as a present. Is it the best TV on the market? Definitely not. But you can't beat the price. It does have a great picture. Don't be turned off by the 720p res rate. At 32" at a normal viewing distance you can't even tell the difference between this and 1080. If you're in the market for a quick, cheap, decent quality TV this will hold you over

I bought this as I was looking for a good deal on a 32" HDTV and everything else that I was seeing was well north of $200. I was not able to see how the picture looked before I bought it as these were all on a sale rack and since this was last year's model, not on display in the store. I was skeptical as the last HDTV that I had bought was a 46" Sony back in 2008 for around $1,900 and I could not imagine how a $160 TV could even come close. First of all the picture is superb, and I don't mean superb for the money, and the sound from this TV is incredible. A friend of mine just a bought a 40" LG for about $500, and the sound out of that thing sounds like someone put a towel over the speaker. No it's not a Smart TV as I knew that going in, but I have an old Google TV box that I use with it to watch Netflix. It is 720p vs. 1080, but unless I had two TVs side by side I could not tell the difference. About the only thing negative I can say is that when you have a pure black picture, you can see light emanate from the edges, but I can not notice when a movie is running. All in all, not my primary TV, but I spend a lot more time watching it than I thought I would, and no need to buy a sound bar for it either. I am very pleased so far.
