Says Smart TV but then you read further and it is compatible or capable of being a Smart TV using a Roku stick. An additional expense so the value wasn't that great. Product itself though is a good TV. Clear picture, good sound, easy to use.

Posted .We do offer a 32 inch Roku TV, that may have caused confusion as to which unit you were buying. If built in Roku function is what you were looking for, Best Buy does have a 14 day Return/Exchange period. - Jon, Insignia Support

But after purchasing and bringing home and hooking it up, Wow! I was very impressed with the picture and the sound and it's still working great 1 year later. Bravo Insignia!

Excellent choice for a 720P HDTV

Looking for HDMI and DVI connections, good sound quality and very nice contrast, this TV really hit the mark for what I wanted. Please note, I was aware that it was a 720P image and that it was NOT a smart TV. Wasn't looking for additional bells and whistles. Would not be 5 Star vs something higher end (and higher priced).
