Good TV

It doesn’t happen often, just once in a while .

The search is also not as helpful, but if you get to what you want to watch and stay there it's great.

NO SPECTRUM TV APP

Called Spectrum and they said it was a Amazon issue. (Amazon will say it is Spectrum, but not true. They won't support the app). Tried a go around with a Roku stick. Amazon blocks the complete pairing of the Roku remote. So now I had to spend another $35 and have to use 2 remotes. Not good. Would have been nice to know, and I would have bought a different brand.

No operation manual!

The tv operation was ver confusing compared to tge Roku operated system on my main tv. Called the Insignia help line for tips and help. Had to put a Roku firedstick on it so availability of subscribed channels adapted and I could view tv programming. I find the picture not clear enough and print on screen far too smal. Feel I should have purchased. better quality tv. It is not user friendly!
