Set up was difficult as it did not pair well with the RCN cable input. RCN (Abound) cable remote will not operate the TV. Best Buy Total Tech would not deliver or set up the TV!

Worst TV I've ever owned

My phone can't cast to it, the apps auto login with the wrong accounts and don't let me change the accounts. This is a brand new TV that I've add for 3 months and I've not once been able to actually watch anything on it because it always takes 15-20 mins to even try to get the app I want because it won't work with my phone and then when I do the app won't work because it says I don't have that channel on my tv package but then never lets me login with a different tv account to activate my TV. WORST TV EVER!! AVOID!!!

Was going downhill the last several days, and now it's dead despite being less than a year old. Out of warranty, too, which is no shock. I will not be buying another Insignia (Best Buy brand) ever again.

I've had to reconnect to the internet everytime I turn it on. I've also experienced sound glitching when using it as a TV. I've been hooking it through HDMI to my laptop and using it as a large screen for viewing whatever...
