    I got one of these on 9-2021 and it failed in October 2024 - the screen suddenly went to half brightness. I bought another 10-2024 to replace it because my wife was good with the operating system. This one now has quit working properly with the remote. Barely more than 1 year is unacceptable! I WON'T BUY ANOTHER INSIGNIA TV.

    The one I brought went out of picture and sound in 8 months I send a message to the email and they rayed with instructions on how to reset I and a friend tried what they said to do and it didn't work. I talked to the manger of the store and he asked if I had the other Tv I said no and went home and got it and I recived a new TV
