My entire RV is currently Insignia from the fridge to the tv’s. What I am not happy with is when I decided to upgrade my tv’s I ordered a 32” and decided I would rather have a 50” 4k instead. When I shipped the unopened box back and upgraded I am being charged a 6$ fee. For an unopened item. To beat all it is taking absolutely forever to get my funds returned. With all this in mind and these being the craziest return policy in the market I will now have to rethink my relationship with Bestbuy and Insignia. Especially when it was not opened AND I upgraded and spent more money with the store. Very disappointing.

Insignia is a HORRIBLE TV DO NOT BUY

Was going downhill the last several days, and now it's dead despite being less than a year old. Out of warranty, too, which is no shock. I will not be buying another Insignia (Best Buy brand) ever again.

All that said, for the price I couldn't complain and I like the Fire TV interface.
