    The remote control battery life is too short. After 3-4 days its already consumed and 8 need to change the battery. Can you send a new one?

    This is a cheap TV and you get what you pay for. I have had a couple of these and they last under 2 years. One had a power supply go bad and another had the backlight go out. If you are okay replacing every 18-24 months, this is the cheap TV for you.

    TV hardware isn't bad, good picture and sound, but Firetv software is atrocious. Be prepared to have to restart at least once a week due to channels not connecting, losing your favorites, having to interrupt your program to find info, many instances of "program information not available", etc. Worst mistake of my life. Buy a Roku.

    I am not pleased with my purchase. I thought the picture would be better. It is very difficult to get the colors right to get a crisp, clear picture. I purchased the TV for my bedroom so it is serving a purpose of helping me go to sleep.

    The description says it’s Full HD, but it won’t play HD movies. I have SD and HD movies in Vudu. This tv will only play them back in SD. The picture quality is grainy and not clear. It more or less looks like a tv someone puts in a cheaply renovated airBnB and charges a fortune for.

    this tv is super cheap but does have some odd issues surrounding power and may randomly refuse to turn on, in this scenario you must unplug the tv to get it to turn on.

    Thought this would be a great tv for my daughter’s bedroom. It turned out not to be. The sound and picture do not line up and live tv is constantly glitchy. I just pulled up the invoice to return it and saw that the return window closed 2 days ago. Very disappointing.

    Worst TV I've ever owned. I should have returned it. Dumbest "smart" TV ever made. None of the "smart" features actually work. The only good thing I can say about it is the picture is actually pretty good. Just make sure to buy a roku or apple tv because the smart features are ridiculously slow if they work at all. Overall I am extremely disappointed.

    Got this on deal of day sat in my basement unopened for about 5 months took it out to put in my icehouse and tv wouldnt even turn on i wikl never buy a tv from best buy again

    Im not exactly impressed with this television. It serves it purpose but for a brand new TV I don't think i should be receiving error messages about lack of memory

    This product has been terrible from the moment I set it up. The speakers do not work at all. I did everything tech support asked me to and nothing would get them to work. To resolve the issue, I bought external speakers and plugged them in. It worked for about 48 hours and now there is a pause when I play something and it causes a 30 second delay between the sound and mouths moving. It's stupid and pointless. THIS TV SUCKS!

    The worst thing about this tv is that it will randomly just turn off. Then the amazon fire-tv app has to run through it's start-up routine. Then you have to press the input select to get input list to select your cable, then wait 15-20 seconds for the button to take effect. Just any random time during the day/night, usually at the last 5 minutes of your show. I assume this is because amazon is pushing out every little software update whenever it feels like it. Most companies schedule these updates during off-peak times, but obviously not in this case. Doesn't matter how good the sound/picture is when it's shut off. I haven't seen anywhere I can adjust this setting so now I'm stuck with a randomly shutting down tv. I recommend not buying any tv that has the amazon fire-tv operating system.
