Would work for a period of time and then lock up with a gray screen. Unplug and re-plug power restores function, only to lock up again later. I returned the TV.

Bad product!!!!

I could NOT set up a prime video account that IS REQUIRED to be able to USE the tv. My new phone number in the prime video computer says it’s under some woman’s name, so they could NOT create me an account. I had to return the tv with no automobile.

The TV went into the boot up loop and I had to manipulate the TV to finish the setup. You get what you pay for, but Amazon can afford to use more skilled programmers.

Decent Display, But WiFi Issues After 2 Months

No matter what I tried, it wouldn’t reconnect, which means the Amazon Fire features are now unusable. I’m going to reach out to support and will update this review accordingly.
