    Freezes, Constantly have to pull the power plug to reset. Mostly want it for antenna use but always fighting against movie pay channels. Never stays on antenna. Has a smart mind of its own.

    Difficult to set up for a 65-year-old man. Difficult to maintain app information for a 65-year-old man. Unable to set up app applications when already paid, Amazon informed. Poorly made product left side cracked.

    I bought 2 of these, one has already stopped working. It's still under warranty, but what a huge hassle to go through. Not sold on this brand.

    I purchased this tv and a surround sound for my r.v. Unfortunately, I haven't even used it due to my t.v. missing the screws that hold the legs on as well as the remote batteries. I went back to the store to get 2 screws and was told by an associate they don't have screws, but for $29.99 I could purchase a bolt kit. (for wall mounts) The second option was to drive 30 miles and get the tv and return it. Very dissapointing considering the $ I've spent with Best Buy in my life.

    would not connect to my network and would not go past the remote pairing screen. Why do I need to pair the remote YOU put in the box??? Insignia has got a zero rating with me now. After its trashy washing machine, Ill never buy Insignia again.

    Pros: the tv turns on immediately, you don’t have to wait for apps to load and you can move up and down seamlessly Cons: the apps close out randomly and you get directed back to the Home Screen. The apps are occasionally glitchy regardless of your network connection and strength. The Alexa speech feature is not always accurate.

    I just bought one and the remote won't pair with the tv. I've seen 1000 videos on you tube and it doesn't work. what I do? return the TV.

    I am taking this item back today, I have purchased 3 of these TV's January of this year. The other 2 work with no issues but this last one looses all local channel reception. We thought it might be the antenna so purchased anew one but no luck. I have had to reset the TV back to factory setting 4 times in the last 10 days. NOT HAPPY.

    Open box is garbage option if it’s online order. You get what ever they feel is good conditions and then stuck having to return it if something is not right. Waste of time and wouldn’t recommend.

    The TV doesn't turn off with the remote. Must go to the store to return and as I am not full time in Florida, it is difficult.

    The TV came broken and when calling to make a refund and return the TV, they declined to give me either. Would not recommend to purchase this kind of TV or have it mailed to you.

    I’ll never use Best Buy again. Delivery was to be made by Roadie - never never buy anything with Roadie shipping. I was contacted (called and by text) by Roadie that delivery would be within the hour. Roadie never showed up. And Roadie returned the purchase to Best Buy and when I contacted Best Buy they said I had to re-order.
