bad investment

I could NOT set up a prime video account that IS REQUIRED to be able to USE the tv. My new phone number in the prime video computer says it’s under some woman’s name, so they could NOT create me an account. I had to return the tv with no automobile.

Decent Display, But WiFi Issues After 2 Months

No matter what I tried, it wouldn’t reconnect, which means the Amazon Fire features are now unusable. I’m going to reach out to support and will update this review accordingly.

DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX!! THEY SELL BROKEN ITEMS.

EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR EXCELLENT CONDITION THINGS MAY BE BROKEN AND THEY WILL NOT ASSIST YOU OTHER THAN RETURNING THE ITEM WITHOUT REPLACEMENT SINCE THEY ARE "OUT OF STOCK" DON'T BELIEVE THE "QUALITY INSPECTION" TAPE ON THE TOP OF THE BOX. Unresolved issue!!

Unfortunately, I haven't even used it due to my t.v. missing the screws that hold the legs on as well as the remote batteries. I went back to the store to get 2 screws and was told by an associate they don't have screws, but for $29.99 I could purchase a bolt kit. (for wall mounts) The second option was to drive 30 miles and get the tv and return it. Very dissapointing considering the $ I've spent with Best Buy in my life.

Don't buy Amazon fire TV if you have Spectrum

The apps are occasionally glitchy regardless of your network connection and strength. The Alexa speech feature is not always accurate.
