    This tv was low on features, and I got to learn the hard way how terrible Amazon FIRE TV really is.

    Not good, screen shattered without being touched 4 months after purchase, took it back to replace but no luck I was told no way the screen shatters just like that, even though I had purchased insurance it didn't matter, so they make me buy a new tv because. No Choice

    I can't even comment of the quality of the picture or the audio since I could not connect it to cable & nether could the Spectrum service guy. I was very disappointed.

    Lousy, washed-out, pale picture. Not crisp. Video/ picture settings don't help. Spend $50 more get a real-TV. I purchased this based on the reviews. (set up was generally fine)

    Great Smart TV for a Bedroom with an Ethernet Port

    It is a perfect size for the master bedroom. One feature not found on this brand/model is full HD (1080p). The picture excellent and I have not noticed any jitter while watching sports events. Another feature not found on ANY 32 inch models except this model is an Ethernet port which enables me to take full advantage of my 1 gigabit wired internet service. What happened was, on one boring winter long before I got high speed internet service, I wired my every room in my house with varying lengths of CAT6 patch cables. That is, each room in my house has an Ethernet terminal that snaps into a Keystone wall plate at each end and all of the cable originate from my home office at an 6 port Keystone wall plate, A CAT6 patch cable connects from each port on the six port Keystone wall plate and terminates at a switch which in turn is connected to a 1 GIG router. The router in turn is connected to the fiber optic residential service port, With all the work I put into installing the network and cost of materials and tools (the components are not really all that expensive), all of my smart TV's and other devices (where applicable), had to be connected to the internet via an Ethernet connection. I would like to add one important aspect to this smart TV and that is, it is necessary plug a USB memory stick into the designated port on the back of the unit because I was getting warnings about a lack of memory. No big deal because I have a bunch of no longer used 32 GB, 64 GB, etc., no longer used memory sticks lying around. Just plug it in and let the electronics in the set format it. I think I used a 128 GB to be on the safe side.

    After an update, they make you watch an Advertisement after turning the TV on. Now the TV is sluggish and unresponsive. Shame on Amazon for this… do not buy

    Not Happy, I received with non working feet for it to stand on, being disabled they only offeredme to return at my expense, via taxi or UBER (I don't drive) it was stated open-box,OK but no missing parts, Very disappointed
