Don't buy Insignia

Why do I need to pair the remote YOU put in the box??? Insignia has got a zero rating with me now. After its trashy washing machine, Ill never buy Insignia again.

TV REVIEW

The other 2 work with no issues but this last one looses all local channel reception. We thought it might be the antenna so purchased anew one but no luck. I have had to reset the TV back to factory setting 4 times in the last 10 days. NOT HAPPY.

You get what ever they feel is good conditions and then stuck having to return it if something is not right. Waste of time and wouldn’t recommend.

Worst Customer Experience of all Time

Delivery was to be made by Roadie - never never buy anything with Roadie shipping. I was contacted (called and by text) by Roadie that delivery would be within the hour. Roadie never showed up. And Roadie returned the purchase to Best Buy and when I contacted Best Buy they said I had to re-order.

Broken TV gift that I couldn’t return

Would not recommend to purchase this kind of TV or have it mailed to you.
