I like my Insignia 32" Smart TV, it's a good size TV for a small space. The remote control is easy to use, the TV has a clear display and sound quality is perfect. The low cost of this TV is a plus!

Fantastic TV for about 6 months. Slow tv for next 9 months. Then the remote completely stopped working. It would not re-pair with the tv. Then apps started crashing. Now, about 20 months after the tv was first used, the tv takes about 45 seconds to load simple apps (we only have two installed: plex and Disney plus), and it crashes in the menus for both apps. These apps work on other devices in the house and take 5 seconds or so to load. We tried factory restarting the tv, which basically bricked it. Because the remote does not work, and we cannot connect our smart phones anymore to control it with the fire tv app because it is no longer on the network (opps), we cannot get past the first start up screen. So two stars because it was a great tv for 6 months before it started having performance problems. But be warned, this TV will no last like other TVs will.

Our television broke during the holidays. Purchased this online, something I rarely do. The set up was easy, very good picture.

It has an awesome picture. Seamless wifi and Bluetooth connectivity. I would definitely recommend this Television to anyone!!

Great tv for the price and nice picture! 110 bucks is a great deal. A lot of the apps all ready were downloaded. Easy set up.

This was a so-called "Open Box" purchase. Normally, that means a store display item or an item that was returned after a previous purchase. I expected all accessories would be included. I found the remote control was missing. I failed in my effort to get Best Buy or Insignia to send me a remote control. I was forced to use eBay to purchase a remote control. Ultimately, my total investment was the same as if I had purchased a new unit, but with GREATER purchasing effort.

Tv was setup pretty much out of the box as far as picture settings. Easy leg assembly. For a small, compact smart tv it has everything you could need. Updated quickly and the remote auto updated when the tvs power was off which was nice, no more waiting for it to be on to start the updates. Tested my Diablo IV on it and the colors are balanced really well, used the youtube app and Alexa search is really good and can be used while set to other inputs. Overall veey happy with this tv for the price point and functionality.

It have good quality on imagen and sound.Easy to install on the wall. The programming is easy to do.

Good picture, easy to set-up, Fire made it simple to login to apps and start watching.

Nice tv at a reasonable price, it's not going to be the most awesome tv ever but if you're looking for a nice tv that's not going to break the bank...this is it.

Bought this for a bedroom that did not have a cable box. Easy to stream. Nice color. Sharp image. Nice size for the room.

Ive had this tv for a couple years. Image quality and resolution are great. Yhe price is great too. My issue with this TV is the Amazon remote. It eats batteries and since I use a different smart device via HDMI the remote will randomly disconnect and then meed new batteries prior to letting me access the input. Is it a deal killer, no. Is it annoying yes. I would jave preferred a dumb TV, but this was what BB had in store.

The tv was a good deal and was able to be wall mounted without any trouble. I used it for a garage and the picture is just fine for that. The setup was relatively easy

Great TV for the price. these work great and easy set up. i like the fact one controller and have the amazon access without fumbling for multiple controllers.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the 32" smart fire TV it's a great size for the room I had purchased it for, I have another insignia TV that I am pleased with,I have recommended Best Buy to many friends and family members
