I purchased this TV when my previous Insignia TV stopped working. I trust this brand because its products typically last 5 years or more (in this day and time, it is highly unlikely for a TV to last for 20+ years). The setup is easy. It remains associated to my home WiFi (only network issues occur when my ISP has service disruption). It is easy to connect my laptop or MacBook when needed. I love the built-in apps for multiple streaming platforms. The picture is clear, and the volume is amazing (I don't need to purchase a sound bar to increase volume, LOL). Initially, it was in my home office, but I moved it to my bedroom (visitors come, want to stream TV shows from bed). Very wise investment. I hope it lasts for a long time (I believe it will, I have had very positive experiences with Insignia products).

Each time a tv goes on the blink my first choice for replacement is the Insignia Brand. This is my 3rd! Clear screen, lightweight, and no issues with streaming services. Easy to set up. Very reasonable prices for the quality.

Have had this TV for one month. Has great Smart features and the sound is above average. Build quality is very good and it is easy to set up and has many adjustments. What is not so good is the picture quality. Despite adjusting the picture in every way possible, I could not get the flesh tones right. Also, contrast and brightness are less than optimal in a bright room. Viewing angle is also not good. Move at any angle off center and the picture washes out quickly. Price is right on this TV and there is a lot for the money. However, if you are looking for the best picture quality, it may be wise to choose a different Insignia model or other brand. I am using this TV on a 3-season porch; so can live with the shortcomings.

Great TV. Very easy setup, and Alexa works great on it. Only criticism is some live/late night shows come out to be very bright/vibrant. So much so the on screen controls don't seem to manage or compensate well. Movies etc are perfect, however.

I love this TV. I have it in my bedroom and the screen resolution is crisp and clear, even when watching old TV series. Sound is also rich and the software is fast enough for my needs. Hooked up to my internet in a couple of minutes.

picture ,sound and size, perfect. i still haven't figured out how to access old fashioned cable tv. if i don't figure it out soon i know i can call for help. the price was more than reasonable, and knowing i can call for help is a huge bonus

Saw this TV and it was a good price and just the size we were looking for. Perfect for our spare bedroom. Worked right out of the box with no issues.

I was looking to buy a TV and not spend a lot of money and found this one. It was good price and the picture is good nothing wrong with it very easy to use. It was for my 83 year old mother

I like my Insignia 32" Smart TV, it's a good size TV for a small space. The remote control is easy to use, the TV has a clear display and sound quality is perfect. The low cost of this TV is a plus!

It's a nice cheap TV for a pittance.........no complaints. But if you can scratch together another $50-$60 bucks, get the 43" 4k F30 UHD Fire TV because it's far better with impressive picture quality and better sound than you would expect from a TV at this price point. Fire TV integrates seamlessly with my Prime account.........the 32" F20 is decent but, trust me, the 43" F30 is the one to buy..........you won't be disappointed.

Our television broke during the holidays. Purchased this online, something I rarely do. The set up was easy, very good picture.

Fantastic TV for about 6 months. Slow tv for next 9 months. Then the remote completely stopped working. It would not re-pair with the tv. Then apps started crashing. Now, about 20 months after the tv was first used, the tv takes about 45 seconds to load simple apps (we only have two installed: plex and Disney plus), and it crashes in the menus for both apps. These apps work on other devices in the house and take 5 seconds or so to load. We tried factory restarting the tv, which basically bricked it. Because the remote does not work, and we cannot connect our smart phones anymore to control it with the fire tv app because it is no longer on the network (opps), we cannot get past the first start up screen. So two stars because it was a great tv for 6 months before it started having performance problems. But be warned, this TV will no last like other TVs will.

It has an awesome picture. Seamless wifi and Bluetooth connectivity. I would definitely recommend this Television to anyone!!

Excellent television! Connects easy to Wi-Fi and is easy to set up. I would recommend to anyone looking for a small television.

This was a so-called "Open Box" purchase. Normally, that means a store display item or an item that was returned after a previous purchase. I expected all accessories would be included. I found the remote control was missing. I failed in my effort to get Best Buy or Insignia to send me a remote control. I was forced to use eBay to purchase a remote control. Ultimately, my total investment was the same as if I had purchased a new unit, but with GREATER purchasing effort.

Great tv for the price and nice picture! 110 bucks is a great deal. A lot of the apps all ready were downloaded. Easy set up.
