I surprised my husband with this TV and when I gave it to him on Christmas Day it brightened his face and I was so excited. He has a TV in his room with a smaller screen. He loves to watch football and the news, and the smaller screen limits him from seeing as much. I thank God that I was able to make him comfortable during his days of sickness.

Excellent picture & sound, no problems installing, basic good TV

Love the new TV. I bought it for my 18-year-old daughter to upgrade her T. V. Since she had an old model t. V. And so I wanted to get Her an up to date TV. So she's enjoying it she likes it very much. Also, got it for a very good price.

Great picture and sound very user friendly. I did have some problems getting the t.v. stands in no matter how much i tirned the screws it was still loose. I ended up having tk use washers and it fixed it immediately. So future users just know you may need to add washers if youre not planning on mounting it.

Let me start with - Best Buy's return policy is horrible. After playing with the Insignia a few days and not liking its various quirks such as: a) can't use Options to turn off captions when watching live TV even though that's how they were turned on while in an app, have to go into Accessibility b) reliable antenna is no longer reliable on this TV, c) remote has bare minimum buttons, d) drops from wifi, e) sound is cranked up and still muffled, etc., I contacted customer service 25 days after buying it. Was told I was outside of the return policy. TWO WEEKS is all they offer for their own brand. Which means they don't stand behind it. I'm stuck with it and kicking myself for going with what was an easy purchase - should have gone with the tried and true Amazon and suffered without a TV for an extra day. Live and Learn.

Easy to set up. Clear picture and good sound quality. Very pleased with this unit.

Seems to be pretty good. I haven’t learned all about how to use it to the fullest possible, but the programs I watch are good. The sound is powerful so I can keep the volume down & hear it well, but it has a bass sound that is sometimes hard to understand words depending on the person talking. The picture is very clear. I’m enjoying it so far!

So much better than my first Insignia. Sharper image, brighter colors, more detailed and better graphics for movies and tv shows. The process is not complex or complicated for screen set up whether you are watching a movie or playing video games. I wish I had bought this model years ago, but I'm glad I have it now.

Very happy with my purchase. I came in looking for a simple smart tv and was shown this insignia fireTV. The picturr quality is amazing and I love how simple it was to wall mount and to get all my apps logged in. Highly recommend.

This TV is all that I expected. Love the small frame as my older TV had a much wider one that made the unit larger. I do want to warn purchasers that you have to be very careful in handling the TV as noted in the installation instructions. The remote is easy to use. Hubby loves the voice feature.

Very simple process from the online purchase, store pick-up to the self-installed. Directions were easy to follow. The TV itself gives a very clear picture. With all the loaded options of viewing I have a variety of programs to watch. Ideal for a small bedroom, playroom.

The TV has a nice picture quality. The TV audio is actually good enough so that you do not need to buy a sound bar. The remote and features of the TV are easy to use. Great choice of TV for a budget conscious person, like myself.

It's an excellent product for its budget price. I highly recommend TVs from Insignia for the budget-minded. I've bought two so far and am pleased with both purchases.
