I purchased it based on the features it has and the good price. My current TV is several years old so I wanted a new one in reserve and in anticipation of cutting the cable cord and switching to streaming.

The tv is in perfect condition w org box and packing material ,why then can't bb just replace ?

I only wanted to watch my local channels in my kitchen. The remote is awful. There are no numbers so you have to go thru the menu and I am constantly having to reset my favorites. Now the tv won't even pickup my antennae input. Not sure it is a remote issue or tv. And the worst is I can't get a user manual. I found alink and it keeps running me in circels. Obviously Best buy has not checked their software lately very disappointed in the tv and especially the remote.

Constantly disconnects from WiFi

They are solely used for streaming of Disney+ and other kids video apps. TV picture quality and sound is fine. However, the TV responds slowly and lags when using the included remote controls and both TV's are constantly disconnecting from the internet on almost a daily basis. Almost every time we turn the TV's on it says that the connection to wifi has been lost and to try again. Sometimes it connects again quickly, other times it does not. Have yet to figure out why. We have no issues with any of our other TV's or other devices disconnecting from our home wifi.
