Constantly disconnects from WiFi

They are solely used for streaming of Disney+ and other kids video apps. TV picture quality and sound is fine. However, the TV responds slowly and lags when using the included remote controls and both TV's are constantly disconnecting from the internet on almost a daily basis. Almost every time we turn the TV's on it says that the connection to wifi has been lost and to try again. Sometimes it connects again quickly, other times it does not. Have yet to figure out why. We have no issues with any of our other TV's or other devices disconnecting from our home wifi.

If you lose your remote the tv constantly says it can’t find the remote and won’t let you use the HDMI outlets….my kids lost the remote and I tried to use my Nvidia from downstairs via the manual buttons but the won’t allow me to use another device via HDMI because it couldn’t detect the remote. Basically had three toddlers wailing because the bedroom TV didn’t work with my Nvidia so I took it outside and threw it in the pool.
