Poor customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought one of these tv's and it was an open box. It was in like new condition. It was missing the manuals and the legs. Whoever put that in the box put the wrong ones back and they wers so big it busted the styrofoam. I called coon rapids where l bought it from and got who l could not understand and asked for a manager and he was on the phone and would call me back. Two days and no call. I wound up spending $25.00 for the legs. Turns l should have bought a new one. Whoever checks these should get fired. I will never buy from best bug again. Only because of their customer service.

Sound problems

Many times when you first turn on the tv, there is no sound. you have to change to another channel to get the sound to start. Had the tv replaced with another. Still the same problem

I Do Not Recommend this Insignia TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do not recommend buying the Insignia 32" HD Smart TV. I wanted a TV to have on our kitchen counter. The size works, but that's about the only good thing I can say about it. Perhaps due to its size, the TV has small cache space, which limits the number of streaming services you can load and store. It loses your login information, requiring you to log in and verify your service provider multiple times for a channel. It often takes a long time just to get a channel/streaming service to come on. Sometimes I just get a blank screen. The picture also cannot be seen well unless yo'ure right in front of it. Very frustrating. I do not recommend buying this TV.

Powers off for no reason - slows down at times

Growing disappointment.

I tried to cancel the order before it shipped, but was unable to. I must say, I have also been having some troubling experiences with the Geek Squad in your Lancaster, PA store. The last incident, the young lady argued with me about the situation, Yet the physical evidence that I discussed, proved her wrong. Very disappointing. I would welcome discussing this more, but not online.

I bougt 2 tv's because it was on sale. I didn't open it until 3months later after fixing up my house. I cant take it back, I can't give this crappy tv as a gift. The pictures quality is terrible, the picture is so blurry you can barely read the words on a cable menue. Also, cable does not help at all and there is a delay between the tv and the cable box. Just save some extra money to buy something better. Any brand is better then this. Its freaking terrible, my kids 12yr old tv looks better than this. It is that bad, its that bad....its really that bad your not that broke I promise you its not worth it.

Best Buy is a terrible company
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought an HDMI-HDMI cable, was NOT informed of your petty little immediate return policy and now I am stuck with a cable that I do not need and NEVER used. Even grocery stores take food back within a reasonable time. Your cable and other inventory are not perishable so your return policy is absurd. ALSO, you have no customer service email and one is forced to chat, call or shut up. THAT is terrible customer service and I will never buy anything from you again.

Are you serious ?

Absolutely worse purchase ive ever made, bar none ! Either wait 7 hours fot apps to update of watch TV OR WATCH TV snd never be able to update a password. Yes, it was $85 and honestly overpriced by about $82biggestrip off ever

Product failure without any recourse.

Hooked up to HULU was good. 3 weeks later I lost all HULU on my set. Could not get HULU back. I was told Insignia TV's had a problem with HULU & Disney hookups. Went to store in Bangor, ME and they told me I was too late to trade for a tv that was compatible with HULU. Not helpful at all.

Worse smart tv ive ever owned

They are absolutely garbage and best buy support was worthless. I have 2 of these tvs and they both have contless issues and its always "let us walk you through how to reset the tv" thanks that didnt work the first 4 times maybe number 5 is the charm.
