Perfect size for my bedroom. Love that it’s a smart tv and has all the apps needed. I had not bought a new tv in over 13 years and very pleased with all the perks and clarity of the picture. Sound is very clear as well.

Ez to setup and picture is great. Wireless capabilities are great and is easy to configure.

Wasn't quit sure what I was getting. Originally I had wanted to buy just the plain 32" TV. Really didn't need a smart TV since I have a Roku. But i needed three HDMI ports. Glad I got this one. Amazing to have everything in one place. And Alexa helps. When it scanned for live TV I received more ;channels than I did with my previous TV, but using the same antenna. Got channels I never had before and got back some I had lost. Great fun playing with the various functions and see how they work. I like having the overlay on the video I am watching so I can see exactly what the picture will look like once I tweeted it. Also enjoyed being able to name on my inputs so I can tell Alexa to switch to Roku, or Blu-ray, etc. The TV speakers are good, better than I expected since some reviewers didn't like them. However I did connect a soundbar so I could get all that was possible out of it. Had some trouble getting it set up, but managed to get it done. Haven't tried using headphones yet, but will soon. Picture quality is very good. Like the idea of two settings controls. One is basic, the other more detailed minded. Overall it is a great product. Will recommend it.

I was hesitant to purchase this TV because I had never owned an Insignia product before. But from noticing how well packaged the item was in the box to the picture and sound itself, I am now a believer. I am very impressed with this TV. The colors jump out at you and are true to life. I bought this TV as a second unit to watch football alongside my larger one. I have found myself focusing on this one more than my bigger TV on several occasions. From the color of the grass to the uniforms on the players, it feels like you're actually there live. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with this TV, no matter how you plan to use it.

Purchased for my salon suite and it’s been amazing! Clients love it and so do I! Best quality for the cost and easy to install and set up, even for me who isn’t tech savvy. 10/10 recommend.

Great TV. We bought to replace an older “extra” TV. We are using with our fioptics service app to view our programming and for gaming for grandchildren when they visit. And, price was budget friendly with great quality!!!

Easy to set up. Great picture and volume. Was surprised to find out that it did not have an app for a local cable company and I had to use an external device in order to watch it.

The tv works great replacing a 20 year insignia tv that still works but was 17 inch vs 32 inch in same basic area. It’s only been installed 2 months see if it will last 20 years so far so good

Thrilled with my Insignia Fire TV from Best Buy, especially snagging it at half off! Perfect addition to my garage setup. Easy to use, great picture quality, and the price was unbeatable. Best Buy's deal made this purchase even sweeter. Highly satisfied customer!

Response slow when changing channels. I had a hard time with the remote. It took me a long time to figure out how to move the cursor because I didn’t see any arrows. FYI-“senior” used to seeing labels. Also the remote is small. I had a problem with the settings button that I use to put on the timer. All of a sudden it wouldn’t work for me and I don’t know what I did to cause that. I kept pressing all the buttons randomly and eventually on second night I got back the list when hitting the settings button. Good for the price - using in bedroom just before sleep.

Great smaller TV, fits on my dresser, sound is good ( not tinny or garbled), and it has a really clear picture. I've never been a fan of the Alexa remote and prefer having number buttons but since we're are slowly converting over to drop cable, the Alexa remote actually does make it a lot easier to navigate through different screens and apps. It has voice view ( audio description for the blind) that actually will walk you through how to use the remote and what buttons are which ( blind family member) and the voice is actually decent ( a lot aren't ). There are tons of channels and we haven't found a streaming service that we can't add the app for. We are still figuring out all the different features and we haven't found all the settings options yet but we like it enough that we're getting a second smaller insignia fire tv for a different bedroom.

The TV is great; however the remote control back had a chip on the end and does not close like it should. I went on line and they said if I send it back, they will replace it. It is working, just does not snap to close like it should. I was hoping for a new remote placement and could still use the old one until I receive the new one, then I would send the damaged one back. If I send damaged one back, I cannot use the TV.
