Response slow when changing channels. I had a hard time with the remote. It took me a long time to figure out how to move the cursor because I didn’t see any arrows. FYI-“senior” used to seeing labels. Also the remote is small. I had a problem with the settings button that I use to put on the timer. All of a sudden it wouldn’t work for me and I don’t know what I did to cause that. I kept pressing all the buttons randomly and eventually on second night I got back the list when hitting the settings button. Good for the price - using in bedroom just before sleep.

I bought this on sale. I had bought one Insignia product before and it worked well so I decided to try the television. I use it basically for a monitor. I was viewing some pictures from my phone yesterday and they look great. Better than trying to see on a small screen. It has been connected to a Xbox and had a good display also.

I snagged this online as an open box "excellent" product, as I have had great luck with BB when purchasing these. However, this was the first online experiment with a product where I could not see the box condition etc. in person. This showed up by FedEx with free delivery on a Saturday just 48 hours after I ordered with a perfect box. I opened the unit and everything was absolutely pristine, the remote and legs were still in their plastic baggies and the plastic "peelcoat" was still intact on the TV bezel. This is my third Insignia Fire TV and by catching this on sale, plus the open box discount, it came in delivered with tax at less than half of the full retail price. Oh and don't worry about 1080 "full HD" resolution, unless you are sitting three feet away, I think 4K is a waste of money for a 32" screen. Last point - BB has updated the remote to include now a Peacock button and removed Disney and Hulu. As a Peacock subscriber, that's a nice touch.

Perfect size for a bedroom. Good picture and sound. Easy to set up. Would recommend for this size TV.

Insignia is the only brand of smart tvs that I buy. This is another great quality one! I ordered it online and it was ready for pick up same day. Lightweight to carry, good picture, and downloaded all my apps from my other tv so setup was super quick!

Works great, easy setup. The best picture and tv that I’ve owned. Love the voice activate to get the shows I want. I have recommended to my family and friends

TV is clear and easy to use, exact fit in my bookcast so looks like it belongs

Easy to set up. Great picture and volume. Was surprised to find out that it did not have an app for a local cable company and I had to use an external device in order to watch it.

Perfect size for my bedroom. Love that it’s a smart tv and has all the apps needed. I had not bought a new tv in over 13 years and very pleased with all the perks and clarity of the picture. Sound is very clear as well.

I was hesitant to purchase this TV because I had never owned an Insignia product before. But from noticing how well packaged the item was in the box to the picture and sound itself, I am now a believer. I am very impressed with this TV. The colors jump out at you and are true to life. I bought this TV as a second unit to watch football alongside my larger one. I have found myself focusing on this one more than my bigger TV on several occasions. From the color of the grass to the uniforms on the players, it feels like you're actually there live. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with this TV, no matter how you plan to use it.

I tried TCL and Hisense 32" Android TV, they are actually 720p only not of claimed 1080p. This Insignia 32" is truly 1080p and image is super sharp when I use it for RDP (MS remote desktop). Now I can lay in sofa and do computing, and watch TV too! Cannot be happier. I love Fire TV, because all side loaded apps are showing on the home screen unlike Android/Google TV.

Great deal on this one. So far so good it’s a great buy if you’re looking for a nice TV with features built in at a low cost.

This TV is perfect in every way. I purchased it for my basement where I work out and do lots of projects. The picture quality is excellent and so is the sound. I am very happy with this Insignia TV and what a great price!!

I got this TV on sale, but I would have probably bought it even if it wasn’t. It is the perfect size for my bedroom and a great addition. The screen is very clear. The reason why I rate it 4 is because the reaction time between pressing buttons on the remote and the action on the tv itself. Otherwise a good purchase

Was setting up a small home gym and wanted to be able to stream youtube and my cable provider's stream app while not taking up too much space in the room. This tv did so perfectly with lots of features and easy setup for a low price

This is an inexpensive TV, but we feel the picture quality is very good for the price. We use this as a bedroom TV, so it doesn't get a huge amount of use, but we do watch movies and YouTube, as well as other similar things. I think it's pretty up to date with features and tech.

This tv is quite easy to set up after taking it out of the box. I love the picture and the sound on it too. The screen savers that are offered are great, especially the kitty one. The voice recognizer also hears my commands and requests quite well
