    So far so good however...

This was an open box yet when taking it out of the box everything looked like it was new as the plastic wrap was still intact from the MFR. After hooking it all up adding Roku and a OTA antenna doing a channel scan etc., things worked great, picture looked good, sound was okay so added a sound bar improving things overall. Yet a few times since purchasing there have been a few issues with viewing like no picture yet it had sound. So after reading several posts in various places people said they had the same issues and to fix it you have to unplug power for 5 minutes or more to reset it. I did that and no issues since. However I'm worried about longevity, we don't use it that much as it's a bedroom TV. I hope it lasts at least a few years, only time will tell.

Great TV. Beautiful picture and easy to set up. Moving between apps is quick and doesn’t hesitate like my previous 32 inch TV. Sound is great. Great price for this TV.

    A WiFi capable TV

This is the first TV I've owned that is WiFi capable. I do not have cable, and for a WiFi capable tv that utilizes streaming services only, there is no need to rent/purchase an additional TV box from the cable company, since it connects to the Internet wirelessly. The TV set-up was seamless, the picture and sound quality is exceptional, a 32" screen is a great bedroom size, and the overall value of the TV is appropriate. This is my third purchase of a Best Buy Insignia branded item, and I would absolutely recommend Insignia items for their quality, value, and durability.

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive TV in the 24-32 in. range to use for some games, my DVDs, and occasional streaming. I was attracted to this TV due to its price and that Insignia devices have a good reputation for reliability. Given the price, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the display is overall. It's not 4K, but I'm not paying for 4K. At 1080p, it was more than good enough. You need to view the screen head-on (or nearly so) to see it well, but that's not an issue. Sound quality is good enough. I have iy mounted on a floor-mounted stand with wheels so that I can easily move it in and out of position. With a couple of changes in settings, I can install the Steam Link app and use my Steam Deck with it wirelessly. My Nintendo Switch works very well with it with the HDMI connection. Overall, I'm pleased with this TV. I'd give it a 4.5 rating if that was available. The only glitch I've encountered is that the audio stopped working once. A mild reset fixed that.

It is the size I needed for our small condo. The picture quality is great. My only problem is it is a Fire TV. This limits it's usefulness. I can't load another web browser. I can't download Spectrum TV app. If I could disable the Fire TV and it was just a "smart" TV, I would rate it 5 star

Absolutely perfect for the bedroom. Easy as pie to set up, excellent picture and sound quality and easy to use for the 85 year old it was bought for. I would definitely buy this again.

Bought this for an outside patio tv. It’s super lightweight and comes with fire tv built into the TV’s system. It also comes with the Alexa remote. It has air play as well which is nice since our house uses Apple products. We have a fire cube in our living room that I payed more for than this TV. I’ve purchased many different electronics from the insignia brand (Best Buy own brand) over the years and never been disappointed. Their brand seems to compete with most top brands that cost 2-3 times more than theirs. I wound definitely recommend this TV to others looking for an affordable yet good quality smart tv!

I found setup simple and intuitive. I easily added apps I wanted by searching for them. My only complaint is there are no buttons on TV. I have misplaced remote a few times, and buttons would have been helpful.

This was easy to set up out of the box - one advantage of a small TV. The picture is very clear for a TV that is "only" full HD rather than 4K or higher, and the sound is adequate (if you want better sound, buy a bigger TV or add a sound bar). I connected to the network with an ethernet cable for streaming, so I can't comment on its wi-fi capabilities. Overall, I'm amazed at how much TV I got for the price.
