I dropped one star because one of the HDMI ports dies not work. But this was an open box purchase and for the price was not worth returning. I only needed one HDMI and the HDMI -ARC to work. I was able to plug in a 32g flash drive for more memory, and the TV recognized it. so that's a plus.

The sound is ok, but front facing speakers like they had up until just a few years ago would be much preferred. And don't tell me to get a sound bar. The thing HAS speakers, but they are in the WRONG place. Pictures great. Price was right. No other complaints.

I do not have cable, and for a WiFi capable tv that utilizes streaming services only, there is no need to rent/purchase an additional TV box from the cable company, since it connects to the Internet wirelessly. The TV set-up was seamless, the picture and sound quality is exceptional, a 32" screen is a great bedroom size, and the overall value of the TV is appropriate. This is my third purchase of a Best Buy Insignia branded item, and I would absolutely recommend Insignia items for their quality, value, and durability.
