Great Unit- Works smooth. Great value.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Fire TV aspect of this unit is the biggest selling point. The Fire TV works well, better than Apple TV most of the time. The picture is clear, sound is right on par with other units that are more expensive.

Reveiw of Insignia 32" Smart Fire TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very pleased with this purchase. Had not bought a television in quite awhile and was blown away by the improvement in quality for a very reasonable price. I bought the item online and it was ready when I arrived at the store. The attendant was very pleasant and loaded it into my car. It installed quickly and easily. I am not planning to subscribe to the various offerings but I do use the TV on the internet for applications such as YouTube. I am very pleased and considering replacing at least one of my older TVs with another one of the same Insignia 32".

Good for the price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a good tv but I don’t like how when you are scrolling through channels or whatever you hear the click but I can hit it one time and it will click like 3 or 4 times and sometimes there is a lag when scrolling. Not sure if it’s the brand tv or the fire tv side that does it. Also if I lose power to my house I will have to reset the tv because I can’t see a picture, have sound but no picture.

Posted .We’re glad to hear that you find the TV to be good overall. We understand how the clicking sound and occasional lag while scrolling can be frustrating. It’s also concerning to hear about the issue with losing the picture after a power outage. We’ll pass your feedback along to our product team to help improve our products. If there’s anything we can do to assist you further, please let us know. Thank you for sharing your experience! Keith | Insignia Support

Average TV awful support
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: inexpensive, lightweight, decent sound presets & 1080p HD. Cons: couldn't detect my cable TV channels. 5+ hours wasted with GeekSquad (who doesn't do tech support on TVs at this price so don't waste $ on a useless extended warranty). Had to reset to the original settings (strange a new TV didn't come already set that way) to get a successful scan for cable channels. Picture settings aren't great and none of the presets are that good either: had to use custom settings and mess around with contrast, brightness settings, etc, and then when you switch streaming apps or change to cable viewing it automatically "optimizes" those custom settings so you have to do it all over again. Apart from the 1080p and the price there's not that much this TV has to shout about. Being disabled had to buy online so if I'd returned it would have had to wait for at least 14 days AFTER they got it back for them to process the refund - an additional 5-10 business days, so close to a month before I'd have the money to buy a replacement. Of course if I'd not been disabled and returned it to a store, instant credit back to the card or choose a different TV but Best Buy doesn't like to allow homebound disabled customers that option. At least I know how little BB values its disabled customers. Still, for an "average" (& that's being a little generous) 1080p TV, it's "OK", at best.

Thank you for providing detailed feedback on your experience with the TV. We're sorry to hear about the challenges you faced, particularly with the initial setup and the inconvenience caused by the lack of support for cable TV channels. It's disappointing to learn about the limitations of the presets and the inconvenience of having to constantly adjust the picture settings.
We appreciate your insight into the return process and the challenges faced by disabled customers. Your feedback regarding the value of customer support and return policies is important for improving customer experiences in the future.
Overall, it sounds like the TV meets basic needs but falls short in terms of ease of use and customization options. We're grateful for your honest feedback, and we hope that your future experiences with technology are more positive. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Worth the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do wish it had an on off button on tv. Don’t loose the remote. I use my appletv and over the air antenna, wish it wasn’t a smart tv keeps wanting me to connect to internet since I only get 3.5Mbps. I don’t want to. Good picture for the money

Nice little TV that can be moved around
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great little TV. Mainly bought for use on the patio and can put in the guest bedroom for visitors. Easy setup and apps load quickly. No 4k, but that’s not necessary on a 32” tv.

Great value from Best Buy
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great value. Very good picture quality and easy to stream local cable programming. Sound quality is better than other TVs purchased in the past as the speakers are located on the bottom not our the back. Easy to mount with standard size bracket as it is very light.
