They can work out a few quirks on the remote such as an input button. But the voice activated input change works great. I just hate talking to my remote. Sound and picture quality are great. Enhanced bass sound prefix with surround sound on, and the dynamic picture prefix with a little added color and a little teeny bit less contrast is amazing.

Only issue I had was getting Disney+ to work on it. Customer service was giving telling me the TV wasn't compatible, even after I asked "How is that? It literally has a "shortcut" button for Disney+." representative couldn't answer and said to take the TV back for a refund. After much research on the "YouTube", I found a solution to the issue. Other that that, great picture quality and sound.

Image is better than expected. This size works great in a medium sized room. Very happy with purchase. NOTE: As an old guy I refuse to read directions, but was able to figure out the cable and internet connections. Like so many products today, tech people set up the interface language and symbols that just confound me sometimes.

Needed a small tv and this TV is way better than expected.

You get what you pay for.

Forever popping up notices that it doesn't have sufficient memory, and can't install an app, even when I'm not even trying to install any app. I've uninstalled half of the apps, but still have these memory issues. I believe this is more a fault of the Fire OS, than of the TV itself. I tried to remedy this by inserting a 64GB USB memory stick, but the TV doesn't recognize it, even though my laptop and tablet can read it just fine. The remote is overly simplistic, and doesn't even have a keypad to enter channels directly. Save yourself the grief... spend a bit more, and get a solid TV.

This one hit the spot as it already had built in Fire TV matching our other Motorhome TV. Connected to our Starlink internet quickly and loaded up Fire TV seamlessly. Very happy, even though it wasn't the brand we were originally looking at.

It recommends a jump drive and or deleting some of the apps already on the TV. Overall, it works well and the picture quality, for the price, is not bad. I would recommend this TV for a bedroom or sunroom.
