I replaced a previous Insignia TV with this newer one and the previous one was 7-8 years old so they definitely last in an age where replacement every 2-3 years because something can’t be repaired has become a trend!

Remote control is not intuitive except for people who are super tech savvy. No operating instructions included. A waste of many hours. Shame on you best buy! It doesn't cost that much to add a page or two "how to..."

Setting up the television was relatively easy. Picture quality is great and sound quality on par with other units. It looks very nice on our wall mount and fits the décor nicely. Very happy with the purchase thus far - first time buying an Insignia.
