I am satisfied with my purchase. Customer service was great. I purchase this tv to replace my kitchen tv that went out. I love the fire tv and my roku stick works perfect with this tv. I am able to get all the channels that i was looking for, and the sound is great on this tv. The set up was easy.

This is a great TV for watching movies with all your family. The resolution is very good and you can even watch from a side angle with great definition. The screen is thinner compared with other tvs in the market. I have it for almost a year and enjoying every single day.

[Employee of bestbuy] This TV here exemplifies the question "How much are you willing to sacrifice for price?" and, in my opinion, mostly falls short of being an acceptable trade-off between price, features, and quality. Picture quality is objectively poor, though not so bad I can't see it being used as a kid's TV, in a guest room, or situation where it's not your primary TV. Colors are washed out, and the minimal calibration controls mean that getting something even close to 'good enough' is basically impossible. After fiddling with the picture calibration controls for an hour, I was able to get something that wasn't too bad, but the out of the box settings are terrible and there isn't much room for improvement. Audio is tinny, with non-existent bass and overwhelming treble. At default settings dialogue is impossible to hear. Once again, there's not enough room in the adjustments to make it sound as good as it needs to. That said, it's also cheap enough where I doubt these will be primary concerns for those looking to buy it. On to more specific issues: It's terrible for gaming, with the HDMI inputs experiencing notable lag even when set to "Game" mode, and it's even worse as a PC display. DO NOT BUY if you want to hook up a PC or game console to this thing; you will be disappointed and frustrated. Fire TV OS is a mixed bag. On one hand, it has pretty much anything you need for a smart TV platform, on the other it's easily the worst looking, most crowded interface out there , and the amount of ads you'll experience will make you wish you'd bought a dumb TV, instead. Still, the interface is responsive enough in its price and weight class that I can't complain too much. From a feature standpoint, I do appreciate the 3 HDMI inputs on the TV, and that one of them has ARC. I also appreciate the analog composite AV inputs for all my retro gaming and video needs. Tl;dr - unless you're super cash-strapped, it's probably better if you look elsewhere.

This is a really good TV good color good sound and it works with my ring doorbell. I’ve had the TV nearly 6 months now with no problems I would recommend this TV.

This Insignia 32” UHD TV replaces a Samsung that I had for many years. I love this TV for the fact that the software side of the tv is very fast. The picture is sharp and the audio is loud. Automatic updates also guarantee you are always running the most current firmware.

Amazing deal. Grabbed 2 from the BB outlet for $30 each At that price, I was able to grab a couple of Roku sticks too. This allowed me to bypass the fire OS and use the Roku remote to control and operate the TV. Everything works great and I haven't had any issues.

I got this last year and now I am thinking to get one more pf sane brand as it's perfect for me. It's sound and video quality is fully matched to my expectations. I would definitely recommend this to others as well.

Other TV's around this price point are all 720p and look awful. A TV this small is usually made to be seen closer than in a living room so its a very important upgrade to have 1080p. Looks great and blows away the competition!
