It is a High resolution 1080p TV. THE PICTURE is excellent and the sound is very clear. The controls respond immediately. All in all very good TV.

Decent Value If You Overlook the Sub-Par Picture

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV here exemplifies the question "How much are you willing to sacrifice for price?" and, in my opinion, mostly falls short of being an acceptable trade-off between price, features, and quality. Picture quality is objectively poor, though not so bad I can't see it being used as a kid's TV, in a guest room, or situation where it's not your primary TV. Colors are washed out, and the minimal calibration controls mean that getting something even close to 'good enough' is basically impossible. After fiddling with the picture calibration controls for an hour, I was able to get something that wasn't too bad, but the out of the box settings are terrible and there isn't much room for improvement. Audio is tinny, with non-existent bass and overwhelming treble. At default settings dialogue is impossible to hear. Once again, there's not enough room in the adjustments to make it sound as good as it needs to. That said, it's also cheap enough where I doubt these will be primary concerns for those looking to buy it. On to more specific issues: It's terrible for gaming, with the HDMI inputs experiencing notable lag even when set to "Game" mode, and it's even worse as a PC display. DO NOT BUY if you want to hook up a PC or game console to this thing; you will be disappointed and frustrated. Fire TV OS is a mixed bag. On one hand, it has pretty much anything you need for a smart TV platform, on the other it's easily the worst looking, most crowded interface out there , and the amount of ads you'll experience will make you wish you'd bought a dumb TV, instead. Still, the interface is responsive enough in its price and weight class that I can't complain too much. From a feature standpoint, I do appreciate the 3 HDMI inputs on the TV, and that one of them has ARC. I also appreciate the analog composite AV inputs for all my retro gaming and video needs. Tl;dr - unless you're super cash-strapped, it's probably better if you look elsewhere.

I purchase this tv to replace my kitchen tv that went out. I love the fire tv and my roku stick works perfect with this tv. I am able to get all the channels that i was looking for, and the sound is great on this tv. The set up was easy.

Had to look up a few things online for direction, but found resolutions. Wish the remote was more robust in regards to features, but acceptable, I do actually rely on my cable remote for most of the heavy lifting. Overall satisfied, can't be beat for the price!

Good Budget TV

I usually only buy LG and Samsung TVs but I just needed a small one and didn’t necessarily need 4kUHD. Everything looks surprisingly good on this TV in 1080p, color quality is nice as well.

best pc monitor ever!
