I became acquainted with this product when I was given a 19" for my kitchen. I was impressed with the picture quality and brightness of the TV. So, when I was in the market for a new TV, I selected a Insignia. And it was at a great price!

I was told by staff that it is really a toshiba but made for Best Buy exclusively under the insignia brand.

Plenty of apps to choose from and download. The sound could be a bit better. The dark colors leave a lot to be desired, especially when watching a dark movie. Can be annoying! All in all a good tv!

The sound recently(2022) became low. I had it turned up to the max. Picture was still perfect. Did not hesitate to replace it with another Insignia.
