    Where else can you purchase another small screen with quality like this anywhere else with a warranty this good for $110.00? NO WHERE but Best Buy!

    Its a really great all-rounder. The refresh rate could use a boost, but i blame that on processing power. It does load slowly sometimes, the Amazon app cpuld use less ads. I got it on sale and recommend you do the same.

    my last, tv works so well and they broke it down for me so amazingly I had to go back and get my second TV from them which works even better than the first once again their staff was amazing

    Alexa button stopped working. tried many resets and fixes. did not work. chat left me on hold for 40 minutes until I found out they were closed. next day they sent me to Geek Squad. They sent me to Insignia. They sent me to Amazon. Amazon was going to send me back to Insignia but suggested buying a new remote.Even though it was 1 month old and seemed should not have to buy a remote, I decided it was worth a try. Service would of been 4 hours and 200 miles. New remote worked fine. I was not prepared for this much service misdirection.

    Tv works great! But, it didn’t have the remote included that it was supposed to. They wouldn’t send a replacement, and it wasn’t convenient to go back to the store a great distance away to get it. Ended up having to buy a replacement from Amazon. Frustrating. The TV itself is good for the price paid.

    Love this tv! Looks great and sounds great for the price. Picture quality is 1080 but honestly looks really good at this size. Fire tv works well and no issues so far.
