Purchased and received the very next day via FedEx delivery (free shipping). The setup was extremely easy and very quick. The sale price wasn't bad either, along with the bestbuy points certificate.

I bought it open box excellent, but it arrived without the remote. The call center couldn't help, but the tv department in my local store gave me a remote that works. A bit of a pain, but I'm not counting it against the tv rating. It has nice sound and picture and was happy with the in person help I received.

Its light enough to easily move from outside on the patio to the garage. The apps on the tv load fast and its a great value for the money.

But a few minor annoyances led me to seek a replacement far sooner than I typically would. Firstly, the inability to turn off sleep options is frustrating. I do use sleep functionality and appreciate this not being a constant power drain but I wish I could turn off sleep entirely. Additionally, this TV does not have HDR which means the streaming from sources like Disney and Hulu are low-quality or cycling between very clear to very blurry with ghosting. I even put the TV on its own wifi band to diminish this and tested it with it being the only device on wifi at all and it didn't help. It is very distracting and makes it hard to watch the TV. I'm also just not a fan of the Fire Smart TV UI but that is entirely a personal opinion which shouldn't influence anyone else. Overall, it would have been fine but the ghosting images gave me headaches and forced me to search for a new option
