TV worked good, support did not

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Alexa button stopped working. tried many resets and fixes. did not work. chat left me on hold for 40 minutes until I found out they were closed. next day they sent me to Geek Squad. They sent me to Insignia. They sent me to Amazon. Amazon was going to send me back to Insignia but suggested buying a new remote.Even though it was 1 month old and seemed should not have to buy a remote, I decided it was worth a try. Service would of been 4 hours and 200 miles. New remote worked fine. I was not prepared for this much service misdirection.

Good value TV, very poor BB customer service

Very sharp picture, pretty good sound for a small set. Tuner sensitivity not very good. Scan only finds 19 broadcast stations, while 3 other TVs on the same amplified antenna system find 36 to 39. Streaming works very well. Biggest disappointment was store misrepresentation of the condition of an "excellent open box" item. It wasn't. Two l..o..n..g phone calls didn't help, and in 2 visits back to the store they never found a manager I could talk to.

It's Cheap

Got one on my room and use it as a monitor for my laptop. After 6 months of light use, the tv no longer supports 1080p60hz input from my laptop. It only displays up to 1080p30hz now. Absolutely zero issues using my laptop at that or other rated resolutions/frequencies on my tvs and monitor at home. Tried 4 hdmi cables that work fine for 1080p60hz to 2160p60hz on other tvs. Needless to say, I cant recommend this even at the price. Buy a used 2-3 year old tv of better quality for same price and have better screen resolution and components.

Only to find that the screen was cracked . Returned that one and the same tv was only 79.99 unopened brand new. So purchased this tv . I really don't watch much tv, this one was cheap enough for my needs .
