Picture quality is not the sharpest, but good. Brightness ok.

I bought this tv with the understanding from the sales person that you can play Xbox Pass games on here. This is the reason i bought this tv to begin with. It does not let you download the Game Pass app in the app store ut say "unavailable ". But you can download Luna! If you want a tv to play Xbox Pass gi with a Samsung TV or an LG.

Works great.. switched between screens and apps quickly

The color of the screen seems to change depending on the angle you’re looking at it and it kinda messes with my eyes. Depending on what you was last looking at if you turn off a device connected to the tv, it still shows the input from what was on the screen previously. Now my tv is starting to fade out and have lines come up like the TVs been damaged and I have done anything. It’s still in perfect condition. I haven’t even had this tv for 2 years now it’s giving me problems. I won’t buy from this brand again.

This TV was advertised as "Open Box - Excellent". This was NOT TRUE!!!! Upon opening the box, the TV appears fine, but once you turn it on, you can see that the screen is completely damaged. Nothing but cracks and muddled pools of color. I've called customer support and because it is now 4 days past the 15 day return window, I am out of luck. This is why I prefer buying from Amazon.

The Bluetooth connection has really bad delay when watching on bluray and other devices connected through hdmi. Even some of the apps from within the tv have this problem. I tested and used multiple headphones.

This was an open box purchase. And if I have the opportunity to buy open box I always do and I'm never disappointed. I've got two laptop computers previously as well as two TVs, a soundbar and a TV mount. All open box. Needed to replace a TV that had just lived its life. And this was perfect for what I was looking for. Lightweight came with the remote. The setup was very clear and concise so made it super easy to understand and very quick. The longest portion was entering all the passwords for the streaming services and that has nothing to do with the operation or the build of the TV. Picture is nice and clear. Literally no issues and looking to buy again.

We needed a small (no more than 32") television to use both for a computer monitor and as the display for an indoor cycling application. For it to work both close range as a computer monitor and at 8 feet for the cycling display, we needed a Full HD (1080) display to get a workable pixel display density. Many 32" inch TVs are only 720, not 1080. We also needed a smart TV so we could connect it to the internet and use Netflix/Amazon, etc. This TV is working out great. Good color/clarity display, internet and smart TV applications are working fine, the TV size and weight are right.

We had a need for a 32" HDTV for portability between our deck and other outdoor activities (tailgating/camping). This TV fits the bill perfectly. We can stream effortlessly via our home wireless network, or stream via a personal hotspot while remote at a campsite. The picture quality is very good for a TV that cost less than $125. The headphone output is also nice to have when watching late at night. Lastly, we have a Jackery Explorer 1000 and a 200 watt solar panel that gives us 15+ hours of viewing while we are away from a wall-plug. I/we highly recommend this capable 32" HDTV.

I have a similar TV, several years old, and a different brand. I am amazed at the improvement with this Insignia TV. The picture is sharper and much brighter. The colors are rich and vibrant. It was so easy and intuitive to set up and operate. Even though it's a small TV, it gives me much more of a theater experience than my old TV because the picture is so good.

Clear picture, perfect size for bedrooms, easy to set up. Great price. I got one for a bedroom and one for the kitchen.

This product is my first “budget” television in many years and am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the image, sound, and wide angle-of-view. The display is bright enough to be seen at any angle within my living space, with good quality speakers to match, although I do not frequently use the onboard sound, since I am outputting the sound via digital optical cable to a soundbar. The TV comes with three (3) HDMI inputs and allows for auto power-on or source switching, but there are no RCA-style input jacks, so legacy A/V cannot be connected without a separate converter. The television also accepts a VESA mount to increase your display options and uses. The television itself is lightweight with an unobtrusive bezel, but it does seem somewhat fragile—it is well-assembled, but suffice to say if someone is being deliberately careless with this device, it won’t last long. Take that into consideration if you plan to buy this for a younger person, as it won’t survive horseplay.

So far, so good. I've only had it plugged in for 4 days. Picture quality is fine, sound is fine, it's lightweight so easy to move for an old lady with arthritis, lol, very easy to set up. I just haven't read and figured out all it's features because I've been really busy lately. I've got it connected to my Directv genie so I have to go thru an extra step or two to get the tv to start actually playing instead of showing me previews of other shows. I'll figure it out though. This TV was for my bedroom. My previous TV was working fine but was not a "smart" TV and very heavy. This replaced that one. Happy with it so far! Couldn't beat the price either! For $109, this is great!

I love my Insignia 32" Class F20 Series LED Full HD Smart Fire TV! Setting up the TV was extremely easy and quick. Also, it was easy to download all my Amazon apps and install them. The lightweight flat TV screen is a beautiful Full HD (1080p) with a stand. I can connect multiple devices to my TV in many ways. The TV has 3 HDMI ports, USB port and headphone jack which are easily accessible on the side of the TV. Also, I chose the TV for the composite/RCA connection, antenna input/RF input, Ethernet port and Wi-Fi technology. Best of all the TV has screen mirroring technology. I can view my computer or other device on my TV screen without wires/cables. This TV has everything!

Great size for my small room. Clear image quality and super easy to set up. Only wish is that the volume was louder when I switch to my PS5 to play like it is for regular tv.

I picked this up as a TV for my basement. Didn't need anything large, and attached it to a laptop which was still very good, but had a damaged screen. It's perfect for picture quality and brightness at 1080p. It wasn't too heavy, all the hookups were pretty easy to understand. Soundbar installation was seamless. I did not use the smart features of this tv. It was $109 which is a great deal for this unit.

Video quality good. Energy saver is annoying and even though I change settings, it shuts off completely after 5 minutes of inactivity when pausing streaming services. This requires the TV to be turned back on, go through several menus to get back to where you left off. I now note the time in the video, let it play and then rewind. all of which wastes the power of the remote batteries, requiring replacement sooner, and expends more energy than if the TV would just pause for 15 to 20 minutes. Typical "green" technology being more wasteful than just allowing the user to make their own decisions! The TV also randomly restarts the Fire TV connection almost every time I use it. I assume this is an issue related to the Amazon Fire stick integrated into the TV. Highly annoying since this also reboots the whole system, and once again, dig through several screens to find where you were. I use a USB audio headset sometimes and it is hit or miss as to whether one Insignia TV will work with them or not. Since the remote is bluetooth, only a USB or 3.5mm audio plug will work with these TVs. And, if you do use a USB headset, get a short extension so you can disconnect and reconnect it without trying to do that at the back of the TV. Once the Fire TV software reboots, the USB connection does not reset. You must manually pull it out and plug it back in to get it to work. Sound volume goes from 1 to 100. At 100, it still may not be loud enough across a large room, or just loud enough through the headphones. If you are willing to put up with these annoyances, the price on sale cannot be beat.
