Thanks for your review.
1. Try to replace to batteries.
2. Press and hold "menu + back + left" button for 10 seconds to reset the remote control. Then it should connect to TVs.

Navigating the menu and making selections is so much quicker! And I love the Alexa controlled capability. It’s hanging in my sewing room, so it’s nice to be able to control my TV with my voice when my hands are busy!
