The remote for one tv interferes with the other tv. Sound quality isn’t good with some streaming services. Can’t use Bluetooth without cutting off the speakers

BEWARE: Automatically shuts off after 5mins...

When I have a show or movie on pause for 5mins or am on the home screen for 5mins, the device powers off. It's frustratingly inconvenient! Manufacturer customer service isn't very helpful either. I just moved into a new place the day before this tv delivered to me, so I didn't get settled in enough to finally open the box and install until 3wks later. I thought this had at least a 30day return policy but apparently it can't be returned after just 14 days. So, now I'm stuck with the thing and out of pocket $160. Research online shows the automatic shut-off is a commonly reported issue with these Insignia TV's.
