However, it takea a while to turn on, since it has to load all the apps. The dealbreaker is that the sound only comes out either the audio out or the tv's speakers. In our last tv, the sound came out both, so we had more surround sound. Now, since the tv speakers will only play when the 3.5mm audio jack is not inserted, we can't have both, it's either the cheap tv speakers but coming directly from the tv or my nice speaker which is underneath the tv, so I am stuck with either poor sound but from the right direction or good sound but from an odd direction. The tv we replaced was decades old, so it's not like having both speakers playing is groundbreaking tech.

This model automatically switches audio output when a 3.5mm connection is used, which disables the TV speakers. Ordered thru app for pickup and received notification it was ready for pickup almost immediately upon completion of the order. Picture quality not on par with another 32" HD (720p) I have of another brand. Audio quality from speakers undesirable and the only remedy is connecting external speakers using the options available. Fire TV and cable tv setup was extremely easy. I would recommend this Best Buy brand tv but only if purchasing on sale. Not a full price buy value.
