Excellent buy. Good picture, good size, good price

Great little television. Much lighter than I expected. Easy set up, nice picture and sound quality.

Awesome little tv, great for taking to different locations. We use it fornclasses to use a laptop and use an HDMI to make it so more people can see the screen. Also if you want to go somewher that there may not be a tv this is small enough to take to different places to watch movies or play games on.

I took this in for repair even though I didn’t think it would be covered. However googling “Best Buy coverage for broken TV screens” brought up an answer on the Best Buy sight saying that normally cracked screens were not covered but an exception for pet damage was covered! I made an appointment and showed this to management at Best Buy. They were extremely polite and nice but even though the website said it was covered, they wanted me to contact corporate office to discuss it with them. This exact TV was on sale for $69, and considering I had already put at least a couple hours dealing with this TV I really didn’t want to spent a couple more hours talking to corporate about it. Lesson learned: Don’t believe what you read even if it’s on the official website.

Great TV for the price. Use it in my camper and like the size and weight for mounting.

Works well as the screen for a document camera that is used to enlarge sheet music for a family member who plays the marimba, and therefore cannot get as close to a music stand as most musicians can with their instruments. Would be much better if it didn't keep prompting to connect it to a network every time we turn it on! What a nuisance!

Great TV. Set up was easy the picture was great. The fire tv was ready to go out of the box. I just entered my prime info and bam all my stuff was ready.

The Insignia 32" Class F20 has it all and light weight, too! Great buy!

Second time buying this model. You can’t beat the price for the quality. It’s obviously nothing fancy but works great it a kids room. The layout of apps is easy to navigate. Would recommend this to an older person trying to learn an easy smart tv layout.

I have to give a 5-star, it's a beautiful TV, picture, sound, so far excellent. Navigation, my husband is adapting..lol He loves it as well. We have a 65 in our front room, and it is picture-perfect, too.

TV was fine. The employee asked me if id like $10 off my next purchase, then asked me to very the info on my account. Before i got out of the store i got an email about the new credit card I'd just applied for. No one ever mentioned an application or a credit card, just a discount off my next purchase. I went bwck in and told the manager to cancel it immediately and take me off of all emails from the company as I will not be shopping there again. Still getting emails, like this review, so i guess Ill just trash their deceptive practices. Again, the tv was fine for the price.
