It fits that need well, but the resolution when actually watching a movie on it has some lag and does not have the best graphic capabilities. The price could not be beat though for the size of the screen, and as a computer monitor, it is perfect.

The picture looks great and its light enough to move from spot to spot depending on where we want to watch something. The fire tv feature works well with my hotspot almost anywhere we are camping so its an added bonus over just antenna tv.
