DON'T WANT TO SAY

However, by the time the set up of the TV was added in (we're not electronic savvy) plus the removal of the old TV (it's heavy and we are elderly) the price went over $250. When the installers came - in an Enterprise truck - not even a Geek Squad or Best Buy car/van, etc., they said this new TV needs an HDM1 cable, WHICH THE SALESMAN NEVER TOLD US AND HE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHEN WE TOLD HIM THE OLD TV WAS 24 YEARS OLD AND WE COULD HAVE PURCHASED THE CABLE AT THE TIME; HOWEVER, THE INSTALLERS TOOK THE OLD TV, NEVER SAID ANOTHER WORD, GOT INTO THE ENTERPRISE TRUCK AND LEFT US WITH A NEW TV THAT WASN'T HOOKED UP. DUE TO A LUNG DISEASE AND A HEART CONDITION, IT'S AN EFFORT FOR US TO SHOP IN A STORE BECAUSE WE HAVE TO USE A WHEELCHAIR/OXYGEN. WELL, I WENT TO THE STORE TO GET THE CABLE USING THEIR WHEELCHAIR AND THE SALESMAN WHO RANG UP THE HDM1 CABLE WAS VERY THOUGHTFUL AND CARING AND WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE SET UP FOR 2 DAYS LATER. SO, ANOTHER 2 DAYS WITHOUT A TV. WELL, GOD BLESS OUR NEIGHBOR BECAUSE HE ASKED WHAT THE ENTERPRISE TRUCK WAS DOING IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE AND WHEN I TOLD HIM, HE SAID HE COULD SET UP THE TV, WHICH HE DID BUT BEST BUY ONLY GAVE ME 50% OF MINE INSTALLATION FEE BACK BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THE INSTALLERS TOOK THE TV OUT OF THE BOX AND PUT IT ON THE TABLE!!! WOW...AIN'T THAT SOMETHING....COST $60 TO TAKE A TV OUT OF THE BOX AND PUT IT ON THE TABLE!
