TV has issue

I was the 1 who surprised him having it in place for when he arrived. The tv was working fine but a few days later he called to inform me the tv started getting lines downwards . He has told me it’s done it a few times. Not happy since it’s basically new and I’m guessing it came defective

Good Sound

So she can listen to church service on You Tube verses the laptop. The sound was critical for her even without her hearing aides.
