Great tv!!! You won’t regret the buy. High quality.

This TV would be nice if it was Spectrum compatible. It's not... You have to go to thw Silk browser and then go to thewatch site and it's NOT user friendly. I hate it now, if I want to watch Spectrum I have to watch in the bedroom.

I think you I should be able to set a favorite app on my screen Instead of going down the menu every time I turn on the tv

The TV itself was decent for the price the volume is very low you have to turn it up almost all the way to get a nice sound and the great thing about it you can talk to Alexa through the remote

overall pretty okay for the price. it does glitch and the screen spasms and gets stuck every now and then. I have to turn it off and then on to get it to work again. it happens at least a few times a week but for the price I can’t really complain

Picture quality is not at all what I expected. Would have rather spent a little more for better visual image quality

It was junk! Terrible picture quality, plus a black line through it. But for $75 what do you expect. I tried to take it back but was questioned with the handling. Wasn’t worth the hour drive to try to return it

I've had a very difficult time syncing to Bluetooth which should not be such a problem, even after phone support

BAD TV. It worked for 4 hours, we turned it off and went back several hours later, turned it on and it was frozen on one screen. We tried solutions suggested on internet and you tube, but nothing worked. I think it was some kind of software problem.. Returned it.

Good tv overall. Not capable of screen mirroring. Very disappointed over that.

Even though this TV is 1080P, the images are very grainy. Still, for $88.00 is a great deal, just don't expect a Great picture at this price. Great for a kids' room or garage.

The tv has a sound issue. I have to unplug and plug it back in to fix the sound issue. Other than that the tv is good for the price.

Purchased 3 weeks ago for my office lobby. It is already turning off, making noise, and fuzzy. Not a recommended brand.

The quality was bad. I had to bring it nack to exchange it. Even the new one isn’t that great. I guess we get what we pay for.

Bought two, one is great. Good pic and ease of use. Right out of the box The other one, about 15 minutes after turning it on it goes static and restarts. Called Best Buy. They did nothing said it was a manufacturing issue. Insignia did nothing. Glad I got it on sale

Lot of trouble with TV and internet Amazon controls everything

Had this less than 30 days and experiencing multiple issues with it, including the remote often not working, the tv crashing multiple times while trying to watch anything, etc. DO NOT PURCHASE

This TV is absolutely terrible, you get what you pay for! The TV makes a screeching noise and the screen turns to complete static, it sounds like the poltergeist is coming through this TV. The worst part is Best Buy has a 15 day return policy and refused to provide a refund outside of that window and the manufacturer said it was Best Buy’s responsibility. Bottom line stay away from this TV or buy from a more reputable place than Beat Buy.
