    This is the second replacement I got for this same brand same size randomly makes an extremely loud shhhhhhh noise like the black and white screen.

    This is a very poor product and Best Buy (Insignia) does NOT stand behind their warranty. I will NEVER purchase from BEST BUY again. I purchased the TV on a Wednesday and it cracked over the weekend. Attempted to return the purchase and the manager or online customer would not accept the product. Lesson learned

    Best Buy used Roadie to deliver this item. They pulled up to my house got it out and then put it back in the truck and drove away. States it couldn’t be delivered and a refund would be issued. It’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund.

    It was a good TV for a bit,then when I use it on HDMI,the picture and sound distorts,and I can't power it off or anything else,then reboots on it's own. It's getting returned.

    Poor TV, remoting pairing issues

    INSIGNIA would not pair remote. Remote would turn on tv, adjust volume, got back and select, but would not go past the pair remote screen in the set up. TV was brand new and would not respond to any of the troubleshooting suggestion from INSIGNIA'S website. Just a bad TV.

    Occasionally the screen will glitch out, freeze, and the tv restarts to the home screen. Bought two of these as christmas presents, both did the same thing. Did factory resets, problem continued. Returned both.

    BAD Software problem

    BAD TV. It worked for 4 hours, we turned it off and went back several hours later, turned it on and it was frozen on one screen. We tried solutions suggested on internet and you tube, but nothing worked. I think it was some kind of software problem.. Returned it.

    I have brought this tv back because the picture went out...not the sound just the picture. I had also bought 43-inch Insignia which has had to be repaired twice now for the same reason.

    Purchased this tv over 2 months ago and it suddenly stopped working. The screen showed a green line, turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. Stop looking into fake reviews, I really wasted $75 on garbage.
