Slight problem when picking up the item at the store. A free "dot" was included with the purchase but since as the buyer, I failed to specify on line that the person picking up the TV at the store was to also receive the "dot', The "dot" was not given to the person picking up the order. Had to do a work around on-line which resulted in the "dot " being shipped which was costly to Best Buy and very inconvenient for me. However, on a positive note, the pick-up process was easy and the Bust Buy people were very nice.
